Grunderwerbssteuer – Real estate tax
Neben den Grundbuchsgebühren beim Grunderwerb fällt auch noch eine Grunderwerbsteuer an. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine einmalige prozentuelle Steuer, welche beim Kauf der Immobilie fällig ist. In der Regel beträgt diese 3,5% des Kaufpreises.
